We have plenty of opportunities for you and your church to serve Etowah County. Check out the list below to find out how you can be the hands and feet of Jesus to our communities.
Etowah Baptist Missions Center

Gadsden, AL
The Etowah Baptist Missions Center provides a variety of services to assist those in need across Etowah County. They help with household items as well as financial, physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.
Ongoing needs are: food pantry items, birthday bags, essential baby items, clothes and volunteers for sorting, store operation, chaplaincy, and other items as needed.
Special items and food drives are held and other volunteer needs arise around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the start of school each year.
All items collected should be delivered to the Missions Center at 221 Wall Street, Gadsden, AL.

Community Outreach Ministries
Etowah County
The EBA is continually working to create new ways for your church to reach your community. All programs within community outreach ministries are designed to connect Etowah County residents to local churches. The list of available resources is constantly growing, but supplies are always needed.
Items most often requested for churches to use in their outreach ministries are: concession grade popcorn, pre-sweetened kool-aid mix, cotton candy sugar floss and sticks, snow cone syrup, straws, small styrofoam cups, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and money.

Etowah Pregnancy Testing Center
119 Church Street
Rainbow City, AL
The Etowah Pregnancy Testing Center is a crisis pregnancy center dedicated to serving young women in Etowah County with immediate needs as well as crisis counseling and prayer.
Items needed include: baby clothes, diapers, maternity clothes, car seats, baby mattresses, money, and volunteers to serve as counselors, receptionists, or nursery workers.

Eagle Rock Ranch
Attalla, AL
Eagle Rock Boys Ranch is a residential care center for homeless or at-risk boys aging from 11-14.
Needs include: paper products for their kitchen, toiletries, washing powder, cleaning products, or other various needs throughout the year.
A Day of New Beginnings
Rainbow City, AL
A Day of New Beginnings is a transitional home for women.
Needs include: paper products, canned food, personal hygiene products, clothing, and monetary donations.

Nursing Home Ministries
Etowah County
A great way to minister to your community is through nursing home ministries. Most nursing homes in Etowah County like to provide monthly birthday parties for their residents. If your church would like to host a birthday party including refreshments, activities, and party favors, contact the activities director at any of the following:
