Mt. Olive Missions Center is housed in what was previously the Mt. Olive Baptist Church (9462 HWY 278 W, Altoona, AL), we are able to serve the communities of Altoona and Walnut Grove in a way that we've never been able to before! This part of Etowah County is faced with many challenges including a food desert and a lack of transportation. Sadly, the Etowah Baptist Missions Center is too far for this community, so we wanted to find a way to come into the area so that we could serve them in a way that suited the people better. When Mt. Olive Baptist Church decided to close its doors in early 2020, we knew that God had given us a great opportunity. Help us serve the Altoona and Walnut Grove communities by making monetary donations here along with donating non-perishable food and new socks and underwear. All donations will be accepted at the EBA on Mondays-Thursdays 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Thank you for helping us reach this rural area!
