Evangelism Recurring Theme

In the recent Evangelism Conference a recurring theme was  communicated. A passion for revival and a sweeping spiritual   renewal of God was the common thread in each message.  Question is . . . how does that take place?  Who can be against that?  It’s not a  complicated thing, but how do I get my people “fired-up”.  How can I, as pastor, “pull it off”?  I wish there was a “magic bullet” but that doesn’t  exist. Somehow we must communicate the message in such as way that motivates them. Our people must take ownership and see the need.  It’s getting back to the basics of  helping them see the urgency of the day.  The size of the congregation is not an issue.  There are no small churches in God’s Kingdom.  He is the founder of His church . . . He doesn’t want to see His people  saturated in complacency and “at ease in Zion”.  As Sammy Gilbreath said, evangelism is “caught more than taught”.  Be motivated by His power.
